Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Acquisition Program Security Analyst to support our USMC contract out of Quantico, VA. The role involves coordinating with APSOL, leading security groups, and mitigating supply chain risks in line with DoD guidelines.

Responsibilities include developing protection plans, classification guides, and OPSec planning, with a focus on timely, compliant document handling and cross-agency coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years related experience (2 years can substitute for degree).
• Traditional security background: Information Security, Operational Security, Physical Security, Industrial Security.
• Advanced working knowledge of O365 products.
• Experience planning, executing, and managing multiple projects.
• Ability to interpret policy and provide recommendations.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and stressful environment to meet critical timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support the APSOL Lead to ensure tech protection docs and staffing align with IMS and related DoD guides.
• Participate in Security Working Groups to identify CPI and mission critical functions as required by DoD directives.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Act as primary support analyst for the SCRM Lead, manage cases, and prepare reports for leadership.
• Develop and update Program Protection Plans per DoD guidance and internal guides.
• Assist APSOL in developing a Security Classification Guide and review documents for proper markings.
• Assist with development of an OPSec plan for the system.
