Job summary

MANTECH is seeking a Physical and Industrial Security Specialist to join our in-office team in El Segundo, CA. The role provides physical, industrial, and cybersecurity support for collateral, SCI, and SAP systems, adhering to ICD, DODM, DCID/JAFAN, and DoD guidance.

Responsibilities include managing industrial security requirements, maintaining accreditation, interfacing with government security authorities, and supporting cybersecurity implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu
• 6+ years total experience
• 4+ years experience with SCI or SAR environments
• 2+ years SAP experience highly desired

Responsibilities

• Assist Government security authorities in managing acquisition security programs' industrial security requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DODM, ICD, or legacy DCID/JAFAN security requirements and maintain accreditation docs.
• Interface with HHQ for physical and technical security actions.
• Conduct preconstruction reviews and recommend facility construction modifications.
• Maintain facility Certification and Accreditation docs; assist IA managers with cybersecurity.
