Job summary

MANTECH in El Segundo, CA seeks a Physical Security/Industrial Security Specialist to provide PS, industrial security, and cybersecurity support for collateral, SCI, and SAP systems. Work on facilities with internal networks and guest systems.

Requires TS clearance, 6 years total experience with SCI/SAR, ICD-705 training within 6 months, and 2+ years SAP experience. This five-day in-office role involves travel within the AOR and close coordination with DoD personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 4+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Total 6 years of experience, incl. 4 years in SCI/SAR environment.
• Ability to complete ICD-705 training within 6 months of hire.
• 2 years SAP-relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Government security authorities with industrial security requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DODM, ICD, or legacy DCID/JAFAN physical security and IA requirements; maintain accreditation documentation.
• Interface with HHQ for physical and technical security actions and procedures.
• Conduct preconstruction reviews; make recommendations for facility compliance.
• Assist Information Assurance Managers with cybersecurity requirements implementation.
• Author, review, and maintain facility Certification and Accreditation documentation.
• Assist with enforcement of personnel security controls for visitors and uncleared personnel.
