Job summary

Camping World in Mesa, AZ is seeking a highly organized Customer Care Agent to support the RV acquisition process, handling documentation, title workflows, and internal system updates with accuracy and care.

You will coordinate with Accounting, Titles, Funding, and Dealership teams to move each deal on schedule, communicate status to sellers, ensure paperwork requirements are clear, and maintain compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
• Knowledge of title and registration procedures (automotive or RV industry preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support the acquisition process by managing documentation from initial customer contact through contract completion and funding.
• Receive, scan, and upload contracts, titles, and supporting documents into internal systems (Salesforce, HappyFox, and related platforms).
• Coordinate with internal teams (Accounting, Titles, Funding, and Dealership) to ensure each deal progresses accurately and on schedule.
• Provide exceptional customer service to sellers by communicating status updates, clarifying paperwork requirements, and ensuring a smooth selling experience.
• Assist management with administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects to enhance departmental efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with company standards and regulatory documentation practices.
