We Buy SF Bay in Millbrae, CA is seeking ambitious, sales-minded individuals for an in-office role focused on real estate acquisitions. You will talk to homeowners, negotiate, and move deals through the contract stage.

No real estate experience? We'll teach you. You can earn uncapped income via 100% commission, with mentorship from experienced closers and an in-office team environment.

What You'll Do

You focus on talking to sellers. We provide the tools.

Compensation

100% Commission Only

Wholesale Deals

• 45% commission on outbound deals you generate


• 20% commission on inbound company-generated leads

If we decide to keep a property as a flip or rental instead of wholesaling it, you still get paid based on the wholesale profit you would have earned.

There is no income ceiling.

After training, our targets are:

• 10 hours of seller conversations each week


• 10 warm leads generated


• 3 seller appointments booked


• 1 signed contract per week

This is an in-office role where you'll receive hands-on coaching and work alongside experienced investors every day.
