Job Type: 12 month contract on C2C (no 3rd parties please)

Role Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive the development and success of Acqueon’s solutions. You will own the product roadmap, prioritize features, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver customer-centric, high-value outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity for the development team.
• Work with engineering teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Advocate for customers by understanding their needs and incorporating feedback into the product lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in tech/SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of Acqueon solutions, customer engagement platforms, or contact center tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Acqueon platforms, outbound campaign management, or conversational AI.
• Agile certifications (e.g., CSPO).
• Background in customer experience (CX) or contact center operations.
