Job summary
TECHLITE Acoustics & Insulation, a division of Zippertubing Company, seeks a Designer - Architectural Acoustics in Tempe, AZ. You will design custom architectural acoustic panel solutions for commercial interiors, develop renderings and concept layouts, and collaborate with architects, designers, and manufacturing to deliver optimized acoustic products.
Ideal candidates have a strong portfolio, 5+ years in related design fields, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CAD tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, or related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Design custom architectural acoustic panel solutions for commercial interiors.
- Develop renderings, product mockups, and visualizations to communicate design intent.
- Create product concepts, layouts, finish combinations, and presentation materials.
- Recommend materials, colors, textures, and finishes that balance design and acoustics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches and customer engagements.
