Job summary

Gypsum Management and Supply is seeking an Acoustical Sales Specialist to provide product knowledge across drywall, insulation, ceilings, and acoustical systems in a Port St. Lucie, FL area showroom/office environment.

You will build customer relationships, help with purchases, and coordinate with field reps to drive strategic sales approaches. You will enter orders in the company system, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and maintain accurate sales records while supporting a growth-focused

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; a 4 year degree is preferred.
Ability to work independently and on a team, with strong collaboration skills.
Self-management, initiative, and drive to achieve results.
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers.
Enter orders using the company computer system; complete sales orders and tender cash sales.
Develop product knowledge to assist customers with purchases.
Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers for strategic sales approaches.
Overcome objections, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales orders/reports.
Maintain customer accounts and complete sales administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, sales and pricing.
