Job summary

OSI Engineering invites applications for a Hardware Engineer, Acoustics position at a market-leading consumer devices company headquartered in Cupertino, CA. You will work in a cross-functional environment to advance acoustics hardware solutions.

In this role you will coordinate with Noise and Vibration teams and collaborate with Product Design, EE, RF and Software to drive programs, plan builds, assess risks, and deliver robust engineering results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program management experience in noise and vibration or hardware engineering.
• Experience working with large cross-functional teams.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional issues across multiple product lines, maintaining proper schedule to meet build timelines, issue tracking, and FA syncs as needed.
• Bring together multiple different stakeholders to help tackle different types of noise issues that occur on products.
• Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently
• Understand and communicate sophisticated, technical/engineering issues
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely product development and hardware integration.
