This leadership role emphasizes staffing effectiveness, accreditation readiness, and evidence-based practice to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing in the state of the hospital.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of clinical nursing experience and three years in nursing management preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
• Certification in CNE, CRRN, CCRN or PCCN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of the nursing units/hospital.
• Direct nursing service activities, determine staffing to provide adequate care, and liaise between staff and administration.
• Promote staff productivity and develop policies for nursing services in line with PAM Health standards.
