Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Stoughton is seeking a dedicated Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) to lead nursing services, ensure patient safety, and drive staffing decisions in alignment with PAM Health policies and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing in the state where the hospital resides.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience is required and three (3) years of experience in nursing management is preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
• Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of the nursing unit(s)/hospitals.
• Direct all nursing service activities for the hospital assigned by making recommendations for staff/patient ratios, by maintaining a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care.
