Spotless is seeking a Medical Receptionist for our NYC clinics. You will be on the front line, greeting patients, handling check-ins, and managing appointments with speed and empathy.

The role requires staying organized in a busy, wellness-driven environment where patient care and hospitality meet medical precision. Ideal candidates bring hospitality or healthcare experience, calmness under pressure, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in hospitality, healthcare, wellness, or fast-paced service environments.
• Ability to stay calm and proactive under pressure while delivering warm, patient-centered service.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence using scheduling and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in.
• Uphold Spotless hospitality standards in every interaction.
• Book, confirm, and manage patient appointments through Zenoti.
• Coordinate with clinical team to maintain a smooth daily flow.
• Process retail sales and educate patients on skincare items, and keep inventory organized.
