Job summary

Centro Legal de la Raza is seeking a Temporary ACILEP Coordinator to assist with program operations, hotline coordination, and volunteer infrastructure in a hybrid Oakland setting. You will work closely with the ACILEP Co-Director to ensure timely and effective service delivery while supporting data collection and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, English fluency, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field or experience
• Excellent proficiency in Word and Excel; proficient in G Suite
• English fluency required; Spanish, Cantonese, Mam, Farsi, or Mandarin a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with data entry and database systems (Salesforce preferred)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer ACILEP program functions including hotline operations and workflows
• Support development and sustainability of volunteer infrastructure and recruitment
• Collaborate with internal teams and partner organizations for aligned program delivery
• Document data, track metrics, and support program learning and adaptation
• Provide flexible support across evolving program priorities
