Job summary

CEFCU Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a member service professional to process ACH transactions in accordance with NACHA rules. You will perform daily settlement, balancing with the Federal Reserve, and resolve member questions while maintaining high service quality.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, teamwork, and the ability to learn ACH vendor systems during training. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years of customer/member service experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
  • Ability to learn vendor admin systems related to ACH functions during training.
  • Ability to learn NACHA Rules related to ACH transactions during training.

Responsibilities

  • Process ACH transactions following NACHA guidelines and perform daily ACH settlement and balancing with FRB.
  • Resolve member account issues, answer questions, and maintain member satisfaction.
  • Maintain ACH tracking and related spreadsheets; cross-sell CEFCU products and services.
  • Provide high-quality member experience and ensure accuracy in form completion and compliance with policies.
