Job summary

APG Federal Credit Union is seeking a specialist to manage ACH and share draft operations, ensuring NACHA and Federal Reserve compliance while supporting other departments. Responsibilities include processing ACH files, reconciliations, and mobile/deposit activities, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications include an Associate degree and 3–5 years in a financial institution, plus strong communication, organization and detail orientation to meet deadlines and maintain service

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent training required.
• Three to five years of financial institution experience in deposit operations.
• Knowledge of ACH transmissions, check encoding/processing and saving functions.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ACH and check processing, balancing and settlement.
• Process ACH files and ensure posting/transmission deadlines.
• Enter ACH originations; handle exceptions and returns.
• Reconcile deposits and payments via mobile banking/RDC.
• Provide professional member service and follow policy procedures.
