APG Federal Credit Union (APGFCU) is seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to manage ACH and share draft processes, including processing and reconciliation of files, and ensuring compliance with NACHA and Federal Reserve guidelines. The role supports multiple departments and members while maintaining security and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in business or related field and 3–5 years of experience in deposit operations, with strong numerical and communication

Qualifications

• Associates degree required or equivalent training.
• Three to five years financial institution experience in deposit operations.
• Knowledge of ACH transmissions and check processing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ACH and check processing and settlement.
• Process ACH files and ensure timely posting under NACHA and Fed rules.
• Handle ACH exceptions including disputes and returns.
• Provide member and department support and research discrepancies.
