Job summary

APGFCU is seeking a professional to support ACH and share draft operations under the Manager – Support Services. The role includes processing ACH files, share drafts, mobile deposits, and reconciliation of files while ensuring NACHA and Federal Reserve compliance.

It also involves data entry, exception handling, and collaboration with other departments. Responsibilities cover timely processing, production of accurate records, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business or related field; equivalent training accepted.
• Three to five years financial institution experience in deposit operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ACH and check processing, balancing and settlement.
• Process ACH files and ensure postings meet Fed/NACHA deadlines.
• Handle ACH exceptions, DNEs, reclamations, disputes, and stop payments.
• Process and reconcile deposits and mobile RDC transactions.
• Provide member service and department support.
