EagleBank is seeking an ACH Operations Specialist to help manage daily ACH and instant payment workflows from our Silver Spring, MD location. You will monitor processing, resolve exceptions, and ensure timely risk/compliance reviews while supporting customers, branches, and partner institutions.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in bank operations, familiarity with ACH/payments, and strong analytical, organizational, and customer-service skills to uphold our RELATIONSHIPS FIRST culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years of bank operations experience, preferably ACH, electronic payments or reconciliation.
• Experience analyzing, researching and resolving high risk transactions.
• Core Banking System experience; FIS products preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organization and communication with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day processing, monitoring, and reconciliation of ACH and instant payments.
• Handles transaction exceptions and researches payment issues.
• Completes required risk and compliance reviews.
• Provides responsive support to customers, branches, and other financial institutions.
• Performs duties per Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan.
