Job summary

Dexsta Federal Credit Union in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Full Time Accounting Associate to process daily ACH and share draft activity and monitor WHOA account usage. The role supports regulatory compliance and assists with standard ledger maintenance.

Applicants should have a High School diploma plus an Associate’s in Accounting or equivalent experience, with 1–3 years in ACH processing. Strong Excel and communication skills are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and an Associate’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of ACH processing experience and knowledge of ACH rules preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Follow all credit union policies, procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
• Administer daily ACH and share draft processing tasks and related file uploads/downloads.
• Monitor WHOA account activity and perform necessary maintenance and reconciliations.
• Handle wire/remittance transfers through Fed-Line and Zephyr and assist with online Bill Payment inquiries.
• Maintain subsidiary ledgers and the ACH origination database; ensure records retention compliance.
• Assist team members and participate in ACH education sessions and rule updates.
