Job summary

Emerald Cities Collaborative (ECC) Southern California is seeking a Program Manager for the ACES Pathways Program. This hybrid role covers San Bernardino, Riverside, and Imperial Counties, with travel as needed and a focus on equitable workforce initiatives.

The Program Manager will support development, implementation, and management of pathway initiatives, coordinating operations, partnerships, participant engagement, and capacity-building across EECS and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in planning, implementation and management of workforce development and pathway programs.
• Identify opportunities to expand implementation by partnering with districts, schools, postsecondary institutions, workforce partners and employers.
• Monitor program performance, collect data, and support grant administration and compliance.
• Oversee regional program operations, schedules, materials, vendors, facilities, transportation and other resources for delivery.
• Collaborate with the ACES Pathway Program Director and staff on cross-regional initiatives and program needs.
• Report to the ACES Pathway Program Director and coordinate with stakeholders.
