Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare is seeking an Outreach & Sales Specialist for the PACE program in Riverside/San Bernardino County. The role builds referral networks, generates leads, and guides prospective participants from first contact to enrollment, with hybrid work (4 days remote, 1 day onsite) and a mission-driven focus.

The position offers base incentives, monthly targets, and team bonuses, with strong earning potential through individual and team performance.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience required; strong sales experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
• Valid CA driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire and renewed annually.

Responsibilities

• Conducts targeted outreach and training to community-based organizations.
• Participates in community events and fairs to build relationships and partnerships.
• Develops outreach strategies with supervisor to foster community relationships.
• Maintains reports to assess outreach activities and maximize enrollments.
• Develops rapport with other departments to raise awareness of services.
• Provides enrollment assistance and program tours to determine participant needs.
