Inland SoCal 211+ seeks a dedicated CES Outreach Coordinator to assist individuals experiencing homelessness in Riverside under a 32-hour workweek. The role involves live calls, prescreening, and in-person assistance to link clients with housing and services.

You will collaborate with housing navigators and program staff, maintaining trauma-informed care and data accuracy across HMIS and Excel systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent with experience serving unhoused individuals.
• Ability to listen with sensitivity and communicate effectively.
• Experience with case management and community referrals.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and equity.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to individuals experiencing homelessness or a housing crisis, over the phone and in person.
• Conduct weekly outreach and distribute assistance such as bus passes and gas cards.
• Perform case management and document in HMIS, Excel, and other systems.
• Coordinate housing with clients and housing staff, including warm handoffs and follow-ups.
• Identify resources and refer clients to housing, medical, and mental health services.
