Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Recent Accounts Receivable experience.
• Accounting software knowledge (QuickBooks, Peachtree, NetSuite, etc.).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely data entry.
• Process incoming payments while verifying information is correct.
• Document management, problem resolution, and solve administrative issues with customers.
• Providing support over the phone and email for customers and employees.
• Research, resolve and update contracts and issues.
• Prepare reports and balance accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Location: Full-Time-In the Jackson, MI Corporate Office


• Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am.-5:00pm. (Overtime as needed)


• After you have completed 6 months, there is a possibility of working from home one day a week.
