We are currently looking for Inside Sales representatives in our Private Party Department in Vista.Our Sales reps accept inbound and make outbound calls to solicit new and recurring Private Party advertising.Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include

• Promptly and professionally respond to incoming calls
• Provide prompt, quality customer service
• Accept/solicit advertising copy via phone or Internet
• Enter all required customer order information accurately into system
• Process customer payments
• Meet or exceed departmental standards in the areas of revenue, ad count, accuracy, call handling time and other key metrics typical of a sales/call center environment

High School diploma or general education degree(GED) and 1 year sales/customer service/ call center experience required.
