Job summary

Dallas Baptist University seeks a Curriculum and Catalog Coordinator to work under the Assistant Provost for Accreditation and Institutional Effectiveness. This role ensures accuracy and accreditation compliance of curriculum, catalog, and related publications and policies, partnering with faculty and administration throughout the curriculum development cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in curriculum processes and accreditation requirements to facilitate University-wide excellence in meeting standards.
• Skilled in using a variety of online platforms plus Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office products.
• Ability to support curriculum development and accreditation initiatives with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Work with faculty and admins through the curriculum process to ensure submissions are accurate and accreditation compliant.
• Maintain records of curriculum changes and archived submissions for committees.
• Coordinate with the Registrar’s Office, Advising Center, and Online Education on updates and corrections.
• Maintain accurate program listings, online/offline offerings, and data per SACSCOC requirements.
• Oversee proofing of campus publications including the DBU Catalog and website.
• Train and supervise student workers to support documentation.
• Serve as project manager for curriculum/accreditation initiatives, including site visits and reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
