Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics or related field
• 3+ years of relevant progressive administrative experience in higher education administration, accreditation support, program evaluation, or institutional research
• Ability and willingness to travel to off-site training
• Experience collecting, cleaning, validating, merging, organizing, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience working across multiple information systems or databases

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data collection and reporting processes and implement improvements for accreditation and compliance
• Manage data from multiple information systems to maintain relevant data
• Clean, validate, merge, and organize datasets from internal and external sources
• Collaborate with offices to obtain institutional data for accreditation and evaluation
• Analyze data to identify trends and risks and prepare summaries for stakeholders
• Coordinate accreditation site visits and related documentation
