Job summary

The University of Michigan is seeking a Data Manager for the Office of Academic Multicultural Initiatives (OAMI) in Ann Arbor. This part-time, 20-hour-per-week role coordinates, manages, and reports on program data to support student success initiatives.

You will work with staff, ITS, and evaluators to maintain Salesforce/CRM and other data systems, create reports and dashboards, and help translate operational needs into efficient data workflows that improve program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent.
• Three or more years of professional experience in data management, database administration, reporting, BI, or data analysis.
• Experience collecting, validating, managing, reporting data across multiple systems with accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Data Management & Systems Administration (Salesforce and program data systems).
• Data Management & Reporting: develop recurring and ad hoc reports; ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
