Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in nursing, business or related field.
• One year of healthcare regulatory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, business or related field (preferred).
• 1 year of management experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provides direction for regulatory and accreditation compliance across local, state, and federal agencies.
• Develops systems to maintain continual organizational readiness.
• Educates and supports management, medical, and hospital staff on accreditation requirements.
• Oversees regulatory databases and data inputs for applications and monitors citations clearance.
• Coordinates unannounced surveys and mock surveys; leads command center during surveys.
• Monitors corrective actions to ensure ongoing compliance.
