Job summary

University of Michigan-Flint is seeking a full-time Clinical Placement Administrative Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to the Clinical Placement Department, reporting to the Clinical Placement Manager.

The role focuses on coordinating student clinical compliance, maintaining systems like Complio and ACEMAPP, and communicating with students and faculty regarding deadlines and requirements to ensure timely and accurate documentation for clinical rotations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of progressive administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Student Clinical Compliance and rotations.
• Maintain knowledge of Complio/ACEMAPP and troubleshoot account issues.
• Communicate with students and faculty on deadlines and requirements.
• Notify students of non-compliant requirements and update statuses.
• Enter and verify rotation and compliance data in ACEMAPP and Complio.
• Coordinate with clinical partners and supervisors.
• Prepare preceptor communications and materials within timelines.
