Infinitesima in Abingdon is seeking an Accounts & Supply Chain Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. The role combines finance and supply chain duties, with a focus on accurate data entry, record keeping and ERP system management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing or accounts Payable, strong Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail. Hybrid working is available after probation, with initial on-site requirement.

Formación

• Experience in purchasing, supply chain, ERP administration or accounts payable.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident working with large volumes of data entry and data validation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the accurate processing of supplier invoices and purchasing transactions.
• Maintain data integrity within WinMan and other business systems.
• Create, update and validate purchasing, inventory and supplier records.
• Follow up with engineers, managers and other stakeholders to obtain missing information and approvals.
• Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders, goods receipts and supplier invoices.
• Produce and maintain accurate records and audit trails.
• Support the smooth operation of the Supply Chain and Finance functions through accurate and timely administration.
• Help improve process efficiency and data quality as the business grows.
