BusPatrol in Austin, TX seeks an Accounts Reconciliation Analyst to assist with accounts receivable tasks, posting payments to the correct accounts, and month-end reconciliation of partner revenue. This role does not involve collections. Key duties include processing payments by check and card, issuing refunds, handling chargebacks, reconciling payments, preparing wires, and daily/weekly

Job Type: Full Time Position (Monday to Friday-8-5pm- Monday-Thursday-in office)
Salary: $25 per hour
Education: High school diploma or GED required. 2-year degree in Accounting/bookkeeping is preferred.
General Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with Accounts Receivable related tasks including receiving and posting incoming payments (check, money order, credit card) to the proper accounts/citations and participating in month-end reconciliation of county partner's revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail during highly repetitive tasks. Successful candidates should be proficient with Excel( pivot tables/X lookups). This position does not involve collections activities.
