Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and experience working with accounting or ERP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing billing activities from project setup through invoicing
• Reviewing contracts, rates, and project documentation for accuracy
• Preparing and submitting invoices through various customer systems
• Working with project managers, accounting staff, and clients to resolve billing questions
• Maintaining organized project and billing records
• Assisting with billing reviews and ensuring deadlines are met
• Supporting ongoing process improvements within the billing function
