Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting or ERP systems.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate client invoices tied to project milestones, contracts, and progress billing.
• Manage accounts receivable portfolio, including payment tracking, collections, and aging analysis.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate variances, short pays, and billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with project managers to validate billing details, change orders, and contract terms.
• Monitor and report on AR aging, cash flow, and outstanding balances.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve billing issues professionally and efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing accuracy, processes, and systems.
