Job summary

Kelly is hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Arvada, CO. This onsite, day‑shift role focuses on cash collections, invoicing, and working capital management within a supportive finance group.

You will monitor customer accounts, review orders in suspense, process credits and rebills, and assist with internal billing and management reporting. Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables), attention to detail, and a HS diploma are required.

What’s a typical day as Accounts Receivable Clerk? You’ll be:

• Monitoring and collecting on customer accounts to achieve working capital and collections targets.
• Reviewing orders in suspense and releasing or holding orders as needed.
• Responding promptly to customer account inquiries and sending invoices.
• Processing credits, rebills, and initiating collection efforts for past due accounts.
• Supporting additional finance duties such as intracompany billing, module closure, and management reporting.
