Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Accounting Clerk I to work in Moon Township, PA. This role offers exposure to accounting operations and hands-on use of accounting software, with a 1st shift and $20/hour pay.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred), 0–2 years of accounting experience, and strong communication, detail orientation, and time-management skills. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected.

What’s a typical day as Accounting Clerk I? You’ll be:

  • Classifying, recording, and summarizing numerical and financial data to compile and maintain financial records using journals, ledgers, or computers
  • Calculating, preparing, and issuing bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial documents following established procedures
  • Debiting, crediting, and totaling accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases using specialized accounting software

  • Can work independently and manage your time efficiently
  • Possess knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations related to accounting

  • Hold a high school diploma or GED (required); Associate’s degree in accounting or related financial discipline (preferred)
  • Bring 0-2 years of financial and/or accounting experience
