Job summary

Kelly is hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Arvada, CO. This onsite, day‑shift role focuses on cash collections, invoicing, and working capital management within a supportive finance group.

You will monitor customer accounts, review orders in suspense, process credits and rebills, and assist with internal billing and management reporting. Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables), attention to detail, and a HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and collect on customer accounts to meet working capital and collections targets.
• Review orders in suspense and release or hold as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries and send invoices.
• Process credits, rebills, and initiate collection efforts for past due accounts.
• Support intracompany billing, module closure, and management reporting.
