Job summary

PANOS Brands – Rochelle Park, NJ is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Trade Deductions Analyst to join our growing CPG team. The role focuses on AR foundations while expanding into trade deductions, analytics, and cross-functional business support.

Hybrid schedule (3 days in office). The ideal candidate has 1+ year AR experience, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with trade deductions and customer portals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Accounts Receivable experience (CPG a plus).
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups).
• Understanding of debits & credits.
• Experience with trade deductions and customer portals.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Post and apply cash receipts and support AR operations.
• Manage and resolve customer trade deductions.
• Analyze deductions, identify trends, and root causes.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to resolve discrepancies.

PANOS Brands is a growing CPG company with a portfolio of better-for-you food brands, and we are looking for an Accounts Receivable & Trade Deductions Analyst to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong Accounts Receivable foundation who is looking to grow their skills in trade deductions, analytics, and cross-functional business support.

• Post and apply cash receipts and support AR operations
