Camino Search is sourcing a Team Lead Accounts Receivable who will be responsible for optimizing the global Order-to-Cash function. This role involves driving O2C automation, leading a high-performing team, and collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Legal.

The ideal candidate possesses 3-5+ years of accounting/AR experience, with a strong grasp of IFRS and/or HGB, and fluency in English, while additional languages like German or Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

New role | Team Lead Accounts Receivable | Frankfurt / Remote Germany

We're working with a fast-growing international business to find a Team Lead AR to own their global Order-to-Cash function

This is a genuinely strategic hire — you'll be driving O2C automation, leading a mixed on-site/remote team, and acting as the key interface between Finance, Sales, and Legal. Reporting into the senior leadership, with real scope to shape how the function scales

The role in brief:

• Own and optimise the end-to-end O2C/AR process globally
• Lead automation initiatives with a goal of a fully automated billing and revenue workflow
• Manage and develop a high-performing AR team (on-site and remote)
• Own the control environment — compliance, risk, month/quarter/year-end close
• Partner with ERP, Legal, Sales, and BI stakeholders
