Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 3 years AR or related experience.
• 2 years of team leadership/management.
• Solid working knowledge and experience working in a large ERP system.
• Can work a flexible schedule; may be required to travel up to 5%.
• Familiarity with AI, generative AI, and other merging technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash application and adjustments across AR systems.
• Lead a team of AR specialists; train and develop staff.
• Maintain SOX narratives and controls.
• Prepare and monitor AR reports and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with IT and ERP teams for changes.
• Ensure accurate Workday and GEMS interfaces and paid containers.
• Assist in reducing past due balances with leadership.
• Communicate with customers to support relationships.
