Job summary

Matson Navigation Company, Inc seeks an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead a team of eight AR specialists, overseeing cash application, adjustments, and GL interfaces across AR systems. The role collaborates with Collections, ERP teams, and auditors to maintain accurate receivables and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or higher, 3+ years in AR, and 2+ years of leadership, with strong communication and ERP experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
Minimum of three years of accounts receivable or comparable experience.
Two years of team leadership or management experience.
Experience with a large ERP system.
Ability to travel up to 5% and longer hours during close cycles.
Familiarity with AI and related technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily cash application and adjustment entry processes across AR teams.
Collaborate with Collections to address past-due balances and with IT to implement process improvements.
Ensure SOX controls are documented and updated and that tests are performed.
Prepare and monitor AR reports and schedules; provide PBC documentation for auditors.
Coordinate intercompany transactions and ensure accurate ledger interfaces.
