Job summary

Miller Pipeline is seeking an experienced A/R Supervisor to lead the accounts receivable team, manage invoice processing, customer accounts, cash applications, collections, and dispute resolution. This role also drives process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.

The ideal candidate will oversee monthly A/R vs. WIP meetings, support audit functions, and mentor the A/R staff, fostering a safe, quality-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years in accounts receivable and/or customer service supervision.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM tools; strong Excel skills.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.
• Working knowledge of finance, bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Attention to detail, problem solving, and customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the full-cycle Accounts Receivable process, including invoice processing, customer account management, cash application, collections, dispute resolution, and reconciliation activities.
