Job summary

Miller Pipeline, LLC is hiring an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead the AR team and oversee invoice processing, collections, and customer account management. The role emphasizes process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of tasks.

You will develop AR metrics, coordinate with WIP, and support audits while coaching team members and driving best practices across finance operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in accounts receivable or a customer service supervisor position.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM tools; Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Working knowledge of finance, bookkeeping and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the full-cycle Accounts Receivable process, including invoice processing and collections.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve A/R processes.
• Develop and monitor collections efforts to reduce past due receivables.
• Create and monitor A/R metrics for performance and cash flow.
• Coordinate monthly meetings between A/R and WIP with management and auditors.
• Support audit functions related to Accounts Receivable and internal controls.
• Assist process improvement initiatives across accounting and operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop AR team members with clear expectations and feedback.
