Job summary

Under general supervision, you’ll translate complex financial processes into approachable information and collaborate with campus partners to ensure accurate records and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or related field; 2 years in AR or similar.
• Knowledge of reconciliation, Fair Debt Collection Act, and applying financial aid.
• Skill in organizing and using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with billing, apply financial aid, and reconcile student accounts.
• Create invoices and monitor payments from agencies and students.
• Explain information to students/parents/IRSC staff and provide reports.
