Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four years of related work experience in bookkeeping, finance, or payroll.
• One year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise AR staff and ensure quality and production targets.
• Assign and monitor work, ensuring timely payroll processing.
• Develop staff through performance management and training.
• Interact with clients, government agencies, unions, and attorneys.
