Job summary

LGG Industrial in Pittsburgh, PA, seeks an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee day-to-day AR activities, collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders, and monitor credit and collections processes.

You will lead a team, ensure departmental goals are met, supervise performance, and mentor staff while maintaining safety commitments. This on-site role requires 5–7 years in finance and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of experience in business, finance, or related functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Ability to work nights and weekends, as required.
• Ability to work overtime, as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day AR team activities.
• Collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders on credit & collections.
• Investigate and assess credit risk for customers; advise on actions.
• Collect on overdue accounts and monitor delinquency.
• Monitor and optimize credit and collection processes; suggest improvements.
• Lead and develop AR team; ensure department goals are met.
• Serve as liaison between Sales and C&C department.
