Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking a dynamic leader for the Accounts Receivable team to coach, mentor, and set clear performance expectations while cultivating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You will analyze denial and payer trends to identify root causes, monitor aging receivables, prioritize work by risk and value, and translate data into strategic actions using Excel.

Experience in healthcare revenue cycle and supervision is required; ABA or behavioral health exposure

Qualifications

• Three or more years in healthcare accounts receivable or revenue cycle, with at least two years in supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and translating data into strategic actions.
• Experience in ABA or behavioral health settings and familiarity with CentralReach is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 USD per year.
