The Accounts Receivable (A/R) Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable department for Cornerstone Caregiving. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Sources, this position oversees accounts receivable staff, all collection initiatives, and revenue cycle performance across all payer sources. The A/R Manager is expected to be a data-driven leader who understands revenue cycle metrics, identifies trends, analyzes financial and operational data, and transforms information into actionable strategies that improve cash flow, maximize reimbursement, and support organizational goals. This individual must possess strong computer and technology skills, demonstrate advanced analytical abilities, and collaborate across departments to drive continuous process improvement.
