Job summary

NH Liquor Commission in Concord, NH is seeking an Accountant II for a full-time role. You will supervise daily Accounts Receivable payments, analyze revenue, and ensure proper posting to revenue sources.

The position includes preparing reports for Finance Administrators and audits. Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in AR/accounting/finance, with supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 2 years of experience OR equivalent combination of 4 years of education and experience after high school.
• Experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or finance roles or related field including some supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workflow of Accounts Receivable payment processing to ensure continuity and efficiency.
• Prepare analysis of daily revenue funds and post to the correct revenue source.
• Supervise the processing of all payments and allocate activities for AR Accountant I.
• Prepare aged trial balance and revenue reports for Finance Administrators and audits.
