Qualifications

• Strong collections, invoicing, cash‑application, and reconciliation experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations.
• Supervise, train, and assign work to an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
• Monitor aging reports and drive the collection of past‑due balances.
• Resolve billing discrepancies, deductions, short payments, and customer issues.
• Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records, documentation, and internal controls.
• Partner with Customer Service and Finance to resolve account concerns.
• Assist with cash forecasting, working‑capital analysis, and KPI reporting.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen Accounts Receivable workflows.

A growing manufacturing organization in the Farmingdale area is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to own its day-to-day Accounts Receivable operation.

This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who can supervise an Accounts Receivable Specialist while remaining directly involved with billing, collections, cash application, reconciliations, aging analysis, and customer‑account resolution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee customer invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations
• Supervise, train, and assign work to an Accounts Receivable Specialist
