Job summary

Atrium is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead AR teams, oversee daily operations, and improve collections performance, cash flow, and process efficiency.

You will supervise staff, manage cash application, collections, reconciliations, and aging reports, and collaborate with sales, billing, credit, customer service, and finance to resolve payment delays. The role requires 5–7 years in AR with 2+ years leadership and hands-on HighRadius and SAP S/4 Hana experience.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, commercial credit, or O2C.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Hands-on HighRadius and SAP S/4 Hana experience required.
• Strong knowledge of cash application, collections, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Experience managing teams in a multi-entity or shared services environment.
